I don’t trust anyone that doesn’t keep tortilla chips stashed away somewhere in the pantry. Oh, you never have a random, burning nacho craving? I don’t believe you.

1. You need to blend with a sharper cheese for flavor, but fontina cheese melts beautifully. –Mark

11. Do you like fake cheese?! This nacho cheese (Gehl’s Nacho Cheese Sauce) is really good on homemade nachos and it’s sold at Copps and I think Woodman’s. I cut a tiny corner hole and then squirt it all over each layer of chips along with other toppings and shredded cheeses!! So good!! – Amber
12. At the packer game we had bbq nachos – homemade potato chips topped with bbq sauce, pulled pork, sour cream, cheese sauce and fried onion strings. Pretty tasty, albeit not traditional nachos. – Julie

14. Put a large flour tortilla under the chips. It will catch any loose cheese and bake up nice and crispy in the over. If you use a pizza pan with lots of holes, it will get sooo crunchy. – Halley
